In late July 2009, “Excellent Project Management Workshop” was held for Livzon’s Product Managers by Success PR. The workshop was welcomed by product managers. The vice gerneral manager of Livzon Grouping who attended the workshop in person required all the product managers to apply the knowledge learned form the course to the practical work and to list their task in detail when they were back at work immediately. Manager of HR said they would strengthen the cooperation with Success PR on training.
“Excellent Project Management Workshop”was a two day three night training course. Based on the survey of product managers’experiences and grouping’s training object, tbe course was customed the mode of delivery to be interactive, combining a teacher’s lectures and panel discusstion. There were five steps in the training: organization, personnal prepareness, training course, interactive discussion and report. Through various study methods such as theory learning, panel discussion, roll play and team games in the process of study, trainees were led to acquire the theories and practical skills of project management in the context of market. For example, when talking about the choke point of project management-management communication, teacher would chose the real market situation to drive the trainees to realize the communication modes and skills.
